Terms And Conditions
  1. For the purpose of these terms and conditions, the terms 'us' and 'we' or similar will refer to 'Gwlad Creations'; 'you' and 'the client' will refer to you, the consumer, ie for whom work has been produced, or you if you are only visiting this web site.
  2. All designs will be undertaken and published when appropriate. Therefore, prices quoted may vary from initial estimate. We will always inform you if this is a likely occurrence before work is carried out.
  3. Website contracts are on an annual basis. Once domain and web space are registered, cancellation is not possible. See 18.
  4. The contract start date will commence from the date of registration which will be stated on your confirmation e-mail. Allow 48 hours for your site to be active after registration.
  5. We reserve the right to refuse publication of, censor, or remove any material which we regard as offensive. This includes any material likely to cause offence to any person or persons, on any grounds, and any illegal activity.
  6. We cannot accept any resonsibility for any service, servers, e-mail and log-files being unavailable that are out of our control.
  7. We reserve the right to contact you via e-mail at any time should we deem any information relevant.
  8. Web sites produced may include our name and logo on a page, if we feel the look would not be detrimental to your web site.
  9. We reserve the right to change any terms and conditions at any time without notice.
  10. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time if any breach of any rule has occurred.
  11. You will be reponsible for any content contained on your design or web site. Any errors must be reported to us immediately.
  12. We will, where possible, advise you if any of our terms and conditions may be breached at any time. We can provide you with any initial legal information you may question and will refer you to a legal advisor if neccessary.
  13. The copyright to any page design shall be granted to the author, i.e. person who produced the work. You will be granted 'non-exclusive licence' to use the work for your own publicity purposes. Exclusions include : trade marked names, logos, or any other media currently subject to copywrite. Sole, exclusive, royalty bearing or royalty free licences may be granted. For a change of licence, we must be informed during consultation and before ANY registration has taken place.
  14. Domain names (e.g. mywebsite.co.uk) should be distinctive and relevant to the purpose of the web site. Trade names, real persons names or other conflicting names must not be used unless it is relevant to the nature of your business. We cannot be responsible for any action taken against you should your domain name be deemed inappropriate by Nominet, the uk domain name registry and transferred or other action taken place for any reason.
  15. All goods and services are deemed as 'an invitation to treat' until any work has been agreed and payment received.
  16. We cannot accept any offers from outside of the British Isles, unless specifically agreed otherwise. Exemptions may apply. Contact us if in doubt.
  17. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
  18. The Consumer protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2002, SI 2013. You have the right to cancel any sale, offer or service within seven days. We reserve the right to charge you for any goods, services or any costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.
  19. Your statutory rights as per UK law are not affected.
  20. We reserve the right to change, amend and update any information, including links and prices at any time without any notice. Updates will be deemed as enforced as of the date at the bottom of this document.
Privacy Policy
  1. IP Address : Your computer's IP address will be logged by us. This information is used for 'visit count' purposes (see 'Cookies') for a limited time. This information is not used for any other purpose and not disclosed to any other party.
  2. Cookies : This web site uses 'cookies' (unless your internet setup blocks all incoming cookies). These are also used exclusively for 'visit count' purposes. They are not used for any other reason. You must inform us if you wish to have us block cookies to your computer.
  3. Security : Any personal details provided, including names, e-mail addresses, prices etc will not be disclosed to any other party as protected by The Data Protection Act 1998.
  4. Warnings : This site uses Javascript and Action Script which, depending on your computer settings, may prompt you with an 'Active Content' warning. All scripts are free from any content harmful to your system, and should be allowed for optimal viewing.
